5/5/10: Morning: Bandsaw repair (mod lab)

Yesterday evening i took most of these parts out. I have gotten both Most of all the parts off. I am still looking for an engin for my bandsaw, and I also need Belts for it.

I am now starting to look for a Blade and a Belt for my bandsaw!

Here seen is where the table of the bandsaw sits. I am goin to try to take this off tonight but it will be difficult because I need to take this off. (picture below this)

During the time I paint my bandsaw I am not goin to be able to do anything to repair it, so during the time I let it dry I am goin to buy the saw blade and the Belts. I think now that i have an engin, I will find out tomorrow. Also this weekend I will be working on my bandsaw, but i wont be able to update the site until Monday. So on monday ill update everyone, thanks!

I have found an engin for my bandsaw! I need to go to Lows or Home Depot to buy a plugin for it. I also need to buy a belt and saw balde.

Over the weekend (5/7/10-5/10/10)- What I did:

5/5/10: Over the weekend I have put 7 hours in of work, mostly painting. With the motor I have reserched that the RPM is usualy 1300-3000RPM and my moter is 1750 RPM so it should work out. I have bought a plug for my saw and over this week I am goin to attach it to the motor. Also for the motor i am goin to make it an On/Off switch. Ive also started putting the bandsaw back together, I am ordering a belt for the two wheels. I also have bought a blade but I dont know if it will work yet because its 63 1/2'' and i need a 63''.

Special ordering Bandsaw belt: I am specially ordering my bandsaw belts from a local store. But until then I am goin to finish painting and start putting the bandsaw back together. I should be done painting by the beginning of next week. (Monday, May 17th)
